The founder of
NICANOR plastic & cosmetic surgery.
Dr Heng is a renowned Malaysian plastic surgeon, lecturer, and speaker with over a decade of experience in all forms of cosmetic procedures. He holds a Medical Science Bachelor (B.Med.Sc) Degree and a Doctor of Medicine (MD) Degree from the National University of Malaysia, and is also a Master of Medicine (M.Med) from the National University of Singapore. He achieved his Fellowship of the Royal College of Surgeons (FRCS) professional qualification from the Royal College of Surgeons in Edinburgh. He is also a registered medical doctor in both the Malaysia Medical Council and the Singapore Medical Council.
